Actually outstanding. The dips are world-class. Best mahumarrah and hummus I’ve had in nyc. The tomato-egg brunch thing was phenomenal. The pita is fluffy and delicious and perfect. Our server was SO kind and awesome. The coffee is good. The yemini tea was delish. The prices are great. Brunch starts at ~$13 which is so fair. Desserts look great. My only complaint is that it’s a bit cold inside when it’s cold outside. The cold seeps in.
Great local restaurant that caters to neighbors. The food tastes great and it is different enough to attract jaded New Yorkers. We had to come early because this gets full during lunch and dinner (first time took a half an hour for a table for 2.) Parking can be had, but it's Park Slope so you may have to drive around for a spot. Or you can take the train in. Still worth the effort. We enjoyed our food and will definitely come again.
This was my first time coming here and wow — the food was absolutely delicious. Every single dish we tried was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. I came with my friend, who is a true professional degustatore with a very refined palate, and even he was genuinely impressed. He enjoyed every bite of the dishes they served us.
