I didn't know where to eat and stumbled upon this place to have brunch. It did not disappoint. I ordered at the front counter and food arrived quickly. Service is good here. I ordered Spinach with Feta Brioche and steak with egg. Everything tasted amazing and the portions were huge. Seatings inside were comfy and relaxing. Also I like that it's not too loud. It's a great spot to chill and enjoy a delicious meal.

I was craving falafel for a hot minute and This place just hit different!!! Sooo good! Excellent service with a smile, I annihilated the whole falafel plate. Sooo worth it! I was walking from dyker heights to bay ridge yesterday and decided to get some juice to cool down. I had visited vara juice multiple times, with each time being a pleasant experience and yesterday's visit was no exception. I ordered a large strawberry banana smoothie. The restaurant is located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. They prepare Middle Eastern halal cuisine. It has late hours. Several tables are available for dining inside or outside but there are no servers. Sandwiches, sides, special deals and beverages are on the menu. I ordered a lamb pita sandwich and french fries. The food was very good and tasty but it was a small portion.

The diner was very clean. I did have to stand at the counter waiting for someone to welcome me while all the staff were just staring at me which was odd. Food was delicious, the entrees and the side dishes, especially the chicken wings. Good eats, good quality food and pretty good portions for main dishes. Water is also ice cold in metal cups. Service is magnificent, always ready for anything, clearing empty bowls and minimal trash for more space. Very chill and calm atmosphere, can talk w family and friends without feeling like interrupted from other tables. Got Thai and American style options for some dishes.

I love the Bean Post!! Everything I've tried has been delicious. Especially a fan of their Quesadillas. Anthony is a great guy (pretty sure I got the name right), he feels like your towering uncle who's a teddy bear. Drinks and food priced reasonably. Kid friendly in the back where the tables are. My little girl live their sliders. You can tell it has history. A familial crowd. A relaxed vibe. Low music and TVs playing sports. Definitely give it a go if you like/love pub food!

My go-to bagel shop in Brooklyn!! Great bagels! I’ve been coming here for YEARS. Bummed they switched owners as the vibe has changed significantly —- feels more industrial and modern (less small local shop) but the bagels haven’t changed and continue to be amazing. Just less likely to dine in as the large mirror and massive fridge that no one actually purchases anything in takes up tons of space. It was our first time here and we had a great experience. I especially want to thank Ali. He immediately asked if it was our first visit and took great care of us. He even let us try all the protein options, which was very kind and generous. On top of that, he offered us a complimentary dessert, which was a really nice gesture. We had a wonderful experience at this café! The pistachio dessert was absolutely amazing — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. It was easily the highlight of our visit. We loved it so much and would definitely come back just for it. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys pistachio desserts!

It is hard to put into words what City League Coffee has done for me. On one hand, Dane(the owner) has introduced me to a level of coffee quality that I didn’t know existed. Really nice spot in Bay Ridge. I tried the Oreo shake at Hemo Cafe and it was honestly one of the best shakes I’ve had in a while. Super creamy, well blended, and the Oreo flavor was perfect without being overly sweet. The ingredients tasted fresh and the drink was really refreshing. Definitely a great place if you’re looking for good juices or smoothies. I’ll be coming back to try more from their menu! This is my go-to sushi spot! I’ve tried all sushi spots around the Bay-Ridge area and no one beats Okinawa for their quality and price point. If you’re hungry and looking for sushi, definitely check out their sale menu and their incredibly affordable lunch menu combo (3 sushi rolls comes with soup and salad!).

One of the worst sushi experiences I’ve had. Absolutely no taste, and the ingredients were clearly low quality. I ordered two separate sushi dishes for two different people, and they shoved both into the same box. Two orders in one box. Seriously? They saved a box but lost a customer. The packaging was pathetic, the staff wasn’t friendly, and the whole thing felt cheap and careless. I love sushi, but I’m definitely never coming back here for it again. Sushi was oily, I never had oily sushi ever.

The baguette was amazing, but besides that the food tasted pretty bland…. I wanted to like this place more but to be frank… it’s just like other generic Asian tea spots…. Nothing on this menu really sticks out to me, yes there is Vietnamese sandwiches and dishes but it lacks any love aka proper seasoning, even the fish sauce to eat with the noodle dishes are bland. Prices were ok I guess. $2.50 for a can of Soda….
