It's takeout, so atmosphere isnt really relevant. But I've been going here for a long time. The food maybe isn't exceptional, but it's always good. The people are really nice. They recognize me and know what I want (I'm a creature of habit). Delivery is quick.

I stopped by here completely on a whim, and I'm so glad I did! The food is absolutely fantastic—packed with flavor without being overly salty. Everything I've tried has been delicious, which is why I've come back several times since my first visit. The drinks are excellent, the food is consistently amazing, and the service has always been friendly and attentive. Just a heads-up: they don't take reservations, so be prepared to wait during busy times. One of my favorite things about the restaurant

This place is pretty good overall. One thing I really like is that you can watch them grill the chicken fresh, and the chicken is shredded rather than served in large chunks. They also offer sides that you don’t typically find at similar spots, such as fermented red cabbage, tomato and cucumber salad, and fries. The restaurant has seating and a restroom, which is convenient. It does get very busy, and service can be a bit slow at times since they handle a high volume of delivery orders as well.

I went to The Six with my sister, who’s visiting from Indiana, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Hands down, this is the best Jamaican restaurant in the Bronx—period. I’ve been to Jamaica (Montego Bay) three times, and I can confidently say the food here surpasses what I’ve had there. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and very affordable. We ordered the calamari, BBQ wings, oxtail empanadas, oxtail rasta pasta, and oxtail with rice a
