Where do I even begin? I’ll start by saying that I do not recommend this place for karaoke. I went last month for a birthday party, and the entire experience was disappointing from start to finish. First, the booking process is extremely inconvenient. Whoever is booking the room has to go to the location in person just to choose a room—nothing can be done online. Cool karaoke spot! Stopped by today and did some karaoke here, space is big and good for groups, we had around 20 people and booked from 4:30pm-10:30pm and came out to be about $40 a person. One of the staff members was quite rude and kept asking us, “What problem do you have?” which came across as dismissive and unwelcoming, especially since we were just there to relax and enjoy our time. felt like any request we made was treated as an issue. That said, the manager was incredibly friendly and very polite! shoutout to him!
