They sent the wrong order with my Uber driver. The bag had a receipt with my name and order details and inside the bag was a whole different order. They tried saying the driver must’ve mixed it up but how was the possible when they gave him the bag with my name and order details. She kept repeating the same thing which made no sense and didn’t offer no help after I waited over a hour to receive wrong items.
The food used to be good .. I always ordered carne frita with tostones which used to be good and the portion. However I had two experienced first the with the Dominican style fried chicken it was raw, you could see the pink. I decided to give a second chance I don't know if it was because I ordered last min but the carne frita was hard and more grease than meat, didn't feel like it was cooked properly, waste of money.
The wait time has gotten SOOO much better. Whenever im craving a GOOD & filling empanada I always make the walk up the hill for them. I love their chicken and cheese 🫦
