I love this deli! Since the head cook moved from the Fire House Store and opened his own store was the best ever! Food always fresh and clean!
I visited this store and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and I had to wait 15 minutes before being acknowledged. When I voiced my concern , I felt that it was not addressed professionally. I understand that busy times can be challenging, but better staff training or management of customer flow could improve the experience. I hope to see improvements in the future, as I would love to support this business.
Staff is amazing, delicious food, friendly environment, Deli/ restaurant been going here for about a year now, have yet to have a negative experience and doubt I ever will. Great job guys keep up the amazing work! Recommend Smash potatoes with salami, cheese and eggs Pepper steak with tostones Also if you desire catering you can always call with reasonable timing and 9.5/ 10 they will make it happen for you.
