I’ll give this place a 5/5 just for being open during a blizzard, servicing locals, stranded tourists and snow cleaners. The latte was great though and the Colombian pastry filled with cheese was excellent. I would recommend and the staff is super friendly.
I have been regular customer at this Flatiron location , but my experience today around 4:20 PM was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. The female employee who served me was extremely rude and treated me with utter disrespect. Based on her hostile attitude, I felt targeted and humiliated because of my appearance and skin color.
