Let’s start with the service, the woman handling the takeout orders was rude, had an attitude, and literally threw my order onto the counter while I had my hand out to grab it (and mind you, my order was $40). Now for the food: I ordered pepper steak and chicharrón de pollo sin hueso. The steak portion was light and about 40% of it was chewy or just fat. The chicharrón was completely burnt, I never asked for it crispy or anything, and she clearly saw it was burnt but still gave it to me. I only
Loved the food (except for the potato salad cause it was drenched in vinegar), the mofongo was great! Fast service, good prices. Overall good experience :)
I ordered take out and all the food tasted fresh, pepper steak could use a little more flavor but it was still good. Maduro was good as well as the filet of fish and stew chicken, they forgot my soda but that’s ok everything reasonably priced
