I love this place! We can actually get nutritious foods, in what feels like a food desert. The staff is all really nice- there was a time where they tried to introduce taking peoples book bags. They only take push carts now. They have a beer garden (in the food court) that I just chill in sometimes after shopping. The bathroom use to be cool but now too many people use it, and it isn’t cleaned often enough. I love the fish market and the meat market — everything is fresh.
I recently went to Food Bazaar at Bronx Terminal and honestly had a great experience. The store was clean, organized, and had a huge variety of fresh fruits and vegetables to choose from. Everything looked fresh and well stocked, and the prices were really good too. A worker named Pedro was especially helpful during my visit. He took the time to help me pick out fresh fruits and vegetables and gave great recommendations. He was patient, friendly, and made the whole shopping experience much easi
This is the FOURTH time I’ve purchased half rotten berries. Sometimes it happens. I understood with the first two batches. Questioned the third & I’m officially done after the fourth. I’ve seen with my own eyes.. in the produce section.. that instead of just taking their losses on older berries that didn’t sell.. they hand pick out the rotten strawberries out of the containers & mix them in with new ones being put out. Not realizing they are creating DIFFERENT EXPIRATION DATES in ONE container.
