Caribbean fare & tropical juices served in a simple, Jamaican-themed nook with counter-service.
From Google Maps reviews.
I have eaten here few times since J used to do the Q23 when it used to run on 102nd street and used to be good. Used to love their curry chicken, oxtail and curry goat. Being from India, the curry flavor was spot on for my taste buds but that is history now. I tried their food in mid-March 2026 and it was SALTY. I read someone else review that their food tasted bland, maybe they over-compensated, taste, flavor isn't just salt and pepper, leave that to the brits. Please fix your food quick becaus
Worst of the worst food very old, cold, stale, rock food that’s half frozen. Got short changed by a dollar my first visit won’t come back. Also charge premium prices for this type of food. Won’t recommend to anyone unless you like wasting money. Very dirty old rundown place
You need really good Jamaican food to go? From patties, to ox tail, curry goat, stew chicken, etc.... this is the spot in East Elmhurts. Every time I fly in to NYC, before I get to LGA to fly out I must leave time to grab a plate. This ain't not fancy sit down joint, so don't judge the atmosphere especially since its all about the food. Don't play yourself, you find yourself in this part of town, go get you a plate 💯 💪🏿 👌🏿
