My mom and I traveled here from Philly to see the Alan Cavé concert and stayed here as it was close. The hotel itself was decent but a lot more expensive and not as inclusive compared to Philly hotels. Overall what stood out was the front desk lady who I believe name is Amina. She was very nice and sweet. She went above and beyond in making sure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay. I don’t usually write many reviews but I believe this deserved to be noted.

The staff was helpful and pleasant but the hotel is in need of some updating. It’s very old, the parking lot is tight and awkward, the elevator is ancient, rooms were ok but my bed had a very heavy perfume smell so likely housekeeping did not refresh the linens after the last guest. we asked for additional linens but were basically told we’d get them when housekeeping made their rounds… they could have spared another roll of tp when they serviced the room as well, but we appreciated the complime
