A great ramen franchise! The portions are generous, and the broth is rich and flavorful. The pork was a little dry, but the pieces were large, and they give you three generous slices. The prices are reasonable considering the portion size and quality of the food. My only complaint is that gratuity is added automatically, with the lowest option starting at 18% even for a party of one. Overall, a satisfying meal and good value for their ramen.
No frills ramen house that was very crowded. It seems to be a local spot for people in the neighborhood. We ordered an array of things to try. Everything was okay not terrible but not impressive enough to ever come back. The wait service was shorthanded, not really present. We ordered a lemonade-ish drink that didn't taste right. The waitress said she would take it back no charge but still charged us the 5.00 for it. It's worth a try especially since some people rave about it, maybe it was
It’s a nice spot and the restaurant feels cozy, specially because we went in the cold! Ramen felt like a hug in that weather, food was good enough! The creamy salmon and pork tonkotsu were good, the crispy tempura didn’t taste like much honestly but it was ok. Food is ready pretty fast but service overall could improve. Considering how quality/service are I guess it could have been cheaper, but I mean.. it’s NYC.
