The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff at Al-Sham are incredibly friendly—attentive without being intrusive, and always ready to help with recommendations or answer any questions about the menu. The food was outstanding. The chicken shawarma platter was fresh, filling, and full of flavor. The fries were crispy, the garlic sauce was really good, and the portions were generous. Service was fast, the restaurant was clean, and everything tasted fresh. Definitely one of my favorite shawarma spots.
Place should be called A SHAME INSTEAD. Horrible and dirty. Not sure where to start but the food was so bad my partner and I haven’t had such bad food in years. The chicken was so dry and tasted old. They gave us salad that was clearly very very very old and tasted off. All the sauces and pickled veggies that came with the plate also tasted off.
