In a week of incredible experiences, this may be my fave! I’m not sure what to call this place beyond what they say! Go to listen. Have an incredibly tasty drink and snack but listen. Just listen. I have music. I’ve collected for years but I doubt I, alone, could create this experience at home. And even if I had the music, no way could I recreate the sound. Great evening. Decent music. Great food and dessert. Just okay wine. Awesome music system. Fukouka was great. The gentleman at the entrance- thinks he is being funny but he is not. Just ends up being irritating. Everything was okay except if they had told us at the beginning that the table was for a limited time we would have planned our evening better.
I really wanted to love this place, and in many ways, I did. The lighting and overall aesthetic are stunning. It’s beautifully curated, intimate, and feels like a true escape the moment you walk in. You can tell a lot of intention went into the design, and that part absolutely delivers. That said, the experience didn’t fully match the concept.
