Alnoor is one of those Brooklyn food stops that just hits right. Fresh, fast, flavorful, and run by genuinely kind people. Perfect for a quick bite while exploring the neighborhood. A small local gem worth bookmarking.
The pictures of the home fries with bacon and eggs drew me to this place. But the meal was cheap ingredients, everything deep fried, heavy and ultra processed— nothing like the pictures! Bacon came from the bottom depths of the deep fryer! Atmosphere is torn down, old. Every fry oozed rancid oil that not even the taste of american cheese could hide. I ended up only eating the egg then getting tacos next door.
I had such an incredible meal here recently and was blown away by how delicious everything was. The food tasted so fresh, and you could really tell they put a lot of care into preparing everything. It was the perfect spot to grab a satisfying lunch, and I left feeling completely happy and full. The service was warm and welcoming, making the whole stop even better, and I would definitely make it a point to come back next time I’m in the neighborhood.
