Ama La Vita is such a gem in Chelsea! The vibe is modern but still has that warm Italian charm that makes you want to hang out and stay a while. The coffee is excellent, but honestly, the pizza is the real star — fresh, flavorful, and straight-up delicious. It’s the kind of spot that works whether you’re grabbing a quick bite, catching up with friends, or just chilling with a cappuccino. Definitely one of my new go-to places in the neighborhood.

I stumbled across this place just going for a walk in the neighborhood. It looked inviting and I thought I would try it. I wasn't disappointed. I took a nice seat in the window and ordered pizza and pasta based on a nice discussion with the friendly server. The pasta was good, the pizza even better. I enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere and would return to try the coffee and pastries.
