I had gotten a sandwich and asked for mayo and mustard and the guy just stared at me. It showed mayo and mustard as condiments on the menu and he then said “I’ve never been asked that before and I don’t know how to charge you” “I’m processing” I decided to just say never mind and walk away but I shouldn’t have to pay for condiments or feel guilty for asking for it. Horrible experience.
My experience was with the lady making my coffee. She greeted me with a very sweet greeting something like what can I get for you Love and at the end have a good day love I would hope any management that sees this can let her know I wrote this she should remember I was the guy who only got coffee right after she made someone else a croissant with cream cheese and a coffee it was today Monday November 17th she should recall My hope is that I can get in touch with her and speak with her again pers
Honestly, this is my first time ever writing a Google review, bc the customer service was so disappointing that I felt I needed to. The staff was extremely rude and had an attitude with nearly everyone in line.
