Underwhelming and totally overpriced! My friend wanted to try something new and Miss Korea BBQ has amazing reviews. Having eaten there now, I have no idea why. Located on the south side of 32nd St’s K-town, Miss Korea BBQ is on the 2nd and 3rd floors. They used gas grills in the table (vs wood briquettes which definitely provide a better flavor). We shared the signature beef set which includes the clay pot aged beef galbi, bulgogi, seasoned short rib, and boneless short rib, along with the egg soufflé and a choice of stew. The meats were fresh, high quality, and nicely marbled without being overly fatty. The stew had just the right amount of soybean paste to give it a nice kick and lots of flavor. I visited Miss Korea BBQ and had such a great experience! The food was amazing, but the meat is definitely the highlight — absolutely incredible 😋 So flavorful, tender, and perfectly cooked. You can really tell the quality is top-tier. The kimchi jjigae was also delicious — rich, comforting, and full of flavor.
