  My hubby and I took a spontaneous day trip to NY & then our return flight was cancelled so we found this gem. Q91 bus took us there, $3 per person. Matt checked us in - very understanding with my name change as I’m recently married and my Marriott account says maiden name but my actual Marriott credit card was updated to my married name, anyways he was able to verify all he needed and I’m thankful he was patient about everything.   Extremely disappointing stay from start to finish. Don’t waste your money and time in this hotel. It’s an absolute nightmare! On the first night, our toilet backed up with dirty water and flooded the bathroom floor despite not being used. It was completely unsanitary. We were moved to a downgraded room, and the staff handling the situation was arrogant and showed no empathy or meaningful apology.   Writing The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was on the smaller side, and I was disappointed that the hotel does not have a pool. There were also limited TV channels available. The food was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few areas that could be improved.
