Real authentic Dominican cake with suspiro (Italian meringue) frosting. I get the pineapple filled one for my birthday every year and the consistency is always the same. Always fresh and perfect! I wish this bakery was on delivery apps and sold slices of these cake because they’re amazing.
This cake brought me back to my childhood! It truly is an authentic Dominican bakery and the cake was so delicious! We order an dulce de leche cake and it truly hit the spot. We love that fact that the frosting was not fondant as many places love to use now. This cake was rich and moist, it was baked and made to perfection!
