An unassuming restaurant that was full of locals from the neighborhood. The veg momo filling had some soya chunks rather than potato, which was a fun twist and the chili flavor was so good. The thali and price were decent. The service was fast and the server was kind.
I ordered a vegetable Thali and chicken momo. I’ve never tried Nepalese food before so I didn’t know what to expect. The thali side dishes were very spicy for me and I couldn’t eat most of them. The momo was good and tasted better with sauce provided. We were able to get a refill of any side dishes of the thali. I did notice some of the utensils weren’t completely clean so I was hesitant on using them and ended up wiping it myself using some napkins.
Quaint place with good food. We got the thali—one goat and one chicken—both were good. The ghee in the rice, and the refillable rice and sides is a good addition.
