We had a lovely time. The food was good, the drinks not so much, and the service and atmosphere need improvement. Also, the portions were much smaller than what they make it seem on the menus. Nonetheless, it is a good spot to meet and get a bite around the mall.
One of the best dining experiences I’ve had at Applebee’s! Bloomberg and Omar provided exceptional service from start to finish. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. They struck the perfect balance of checking in often while still letting us enjoy our meal. I came with a group of nine people and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. They were very attentive to the allergies in the group. We had so much fun thanks to our server Boomer. He was extremely thoughtful and personable. He meshed with the group so well and made incredible drinks for us. We will definitely be coming back!
