Stopped by Applebee’s for a casual dinner and had a good overall experience. The food was hot, flavorful, and the portions were generous. Service was friendly and attentive, even during a busy time. It’s a solid spot for a relaxed meal with friends or family without breaking the bank. Would definitely come back
They tried to charge us for three beers we never ordered — especially strange since earlier they brought out three beers and told us they were on the house. On top of that, our bill included a few dishes that we ordered but were never actually served. The Bourbon Street Steak and the Blackened Cajun Salmon were swimming in grease. The presentation also looked very different from the photos on the menu, which was disappointing. There were some other issues as well: no vase or bucket available f
Stopped here since my friend and I were both very hungry, and the service was terrible, likely due to short staffing. i got a flight cocktail which was very strong but didn't taste good, and one of the drinks had a piece of hair in it. Told the server and after 5 minutes returned the drink the same drink just put in different glass, but the hair was still there. I suppose she finally listened after i told her twice. The food was okay didn't expect much it's Applebees but the service not great. D
