I recently visited Atrium Stadium Cinemas in Staten Island and overall had a really enjoyable experience. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a more relaxed, local alternative to the bigger chain theaters. The location inside the mall makes parking easy, which is honestly one of the biggest advantages compared to going into Manhattan or even other parts of NYC. i love love love this theatre. not only is it so much cheaper than most like amc, but thy actually let you watch any movie no matter the age, also unlike amc. the workers are usually so so sweet and helpful. they have recliners. the quality is great. if ur gonna go somewhere, go here.
Management and everyone else is nice and it makes it worth going to this theatre but the Hispanic lady behind the concession counter has a nasty attitude and is rude as others have stated. Slow and zero customer service skills and like others have stated it’s also for no reason because it’s a simple order. No reason to have an attitude at all. The other one isn’t winning any personality awards either. I notice they’re usually more rude than not behind that counter but you could be ordering just
