Placed an online order and the older guy in there was very kind. He gave me an upgrade which I appreciated as inflation is real but the pretzels were so fresh and buttery! Will come to this location again.
They are too clean and they make the freshest pretzel in Brooklyn . There hot dog bite is just wowwwwww
STALE STALE STALE! Dry and hard to the point I couldn’t tell difference if I was eating a bone or pretzel. Literally inedible. Look at the names of all the positive reviews, clearly they are friends of the owner trying to increase their rating. Will never come back here - plenty of other auntie Anne’s with fresher quality.
