I was lucky to be around the mall last Saturday when Auntie Anne's staff were giving out Free Samples of their mango frost lemonade. Drink was refreshing and perfect for the warm weather, ended up buying one and some of their mini pretzel dogs for my kids. The girls at the counter were kind enough to teach me how the Auntie Anne's app works.
SMALL SPACE AND EXPENSIVE. It is located right in the middle of Atlas Park mall. The service is fast, but the young man behind the counter is somewhat confused about what you are ordering when told to him. There was alot of confusion for no reason. I like that you can see the lady making the pretzels and hot dog bites. The only thing I had was the pepperoni bites and hotdog bites. The pepperoni bites were good. Very balanced flavor. The dough on the hotdog bites was too sweet, and there was too
Horrible experience! Staff is unprofessional and food quality was a terrible. I purchased two pretzels and they were cold and hard. Taste like it’s been sitting there longer than it should have. I won’t ever spend my money here again. I have sent a customer complaint to guest relations. Please teach your employees how to be more respectful and professional to guest.
