After 20 years of buying almond pretzels at Staten Mall, I am truly disappointed. Today, I went to the second level Auntie Anne’s satellite store to purchase two almond pretzels. Upon arrival I was greeted friendly by a young man I asked for two almond pretzels and he said they don’t have anymore.Then a lady shouted from behind that she has more. The young man handed me two almond pretzels. Upon opening the bag to eat, I found the two pretzels to be as hard as plastic to bite on. I am disappoint
Horrible experience. I am a new resident in NYC and while waiting for the ferry wanted to try the “famous” Auntie Ann. I noticed a promotion of a free pretzel when downloading the app and asked the very rude girl there about it and she responded that yes they have the promotion but it takes a long time to create the account (around 10 min). Door Dashed Auntie Anne’s really hits the spot. My fiance loves Pretzels. A trip to the mall just for Auntie Anne’s is tough especially during the holiday season so we door dashed it and it came quick and still warm.
