I just came from this place at Kings Plaza mall. I like the fact that they are always fresh but today I bought two cups of sugar pretzels and a almond. And because there's only one cup of sugar pretzel left they told me to wait for 10 minutes but that one cup has been sitting there and I asked the guy the cashier to give me the new one but the lady that makes it at the back she asked the guy to hand her the old cup and dump it to the new ones. Always fresh, warm, and delicious! The pretzels are soft and buttery, and the service is fast and friendly. You can never go wrong with Auntie Anne’s. The staff is amazing and very helpful Will definitely recommend
I had been going to this restaurant so many times and I was never disappointed. This time when I placed the order for the Pretzel, the cashier picked up and was so nice to tell them that she will not give these hard pretzels. She also told me that there is a wait of 10 minutes for the fresh ones. I thanked her and told her that 10 minutes is not an issue at all. I really appreciate her honesty and being so much customer oriented. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you around the area.
