Nachos were ok i should of put the steak as the protein to give it that final touch. The jalapeños were made from scratch and it was a nice touch. Maybe i was just missing a yellow cheese on the nachos. The enchiladas de mole were good. The protein of choice with the enchilada was steak it was really tender and flavorful. I feel like the salsa provide were just simple. I needed one with some kind of heat to give it the 5 star.
Been here 2 times on Saturday. Their brunch is until 4pm, 30$ for an entree, a cocktail and coffee and tea, great deal! I chose the steak and eggs and believe me, one of the best dishes in Queens! Their margaritas are delicious as well, highly recommend the Hibiscus one! Me and my bros got chicken nachos as well, very delicious! Best Mexican restaurant in Astoria and the atmosphere is amazing as well!
I’m not one to write reviews unless I’m absolutely in love with the place. This is one of those places where you can meet great staff, have a better atmosphere and even better food. If you like Hispanic culture or food, then look no more! I highly recommend this place for a date or a hangout with friends and family. They also have a rentable basement for events downstairs. It’s perfect for those birthdays with loved ones. Has its own bar and at a great price!!
