I had an excellent fresh tasting BLT prepared very quickly. The hot food looked really tasty too and I will try it next time.
Do not… I repeat do not purchase food here if you want to get food poisoning. I purchased a chopped cheese, western omelette with 2 small coffees on January 11, 2024, Thursday at 8:00am. 10 minutes after eating the chopped cheese and half of the omelette, I began with strange symptoms. By 5pm yesterday, the same day, I had to attend an emergency clinic and at that moment, they informed me I had food poisoning. The only food I had eaten all day was from this deli. Great spot with a dedicated staff. Before they were here they were called John's Deli and were located where Halyards is until 2012ish). I'm pretty sure the owner is one of the staff members who used to work at the old place. I'm hoping they don't get displaced as this neighborhood gets destroyed by outside developers.
