Tried to order a few bagels, one with cream cheese on it and a few others with a tub of cream cheese on the side. Specified that 2 of the bagels were separate with the cream cheese on the side and they brought out all the bagels with the cream cheese on them. As I’m trying to clarify what I ordered, the guy at the register is ringing up other people. The food is alright but the attitude from the man who might be in charge is the worst. He has no patience, no respect, he treats customers like they are idiots if He doesn’t take the order right or if you took a minute to realize your order was ready he will disregard you or make stupid comment. I agree with other reviews here, he treats white customers nicer and Latino customers like we are asking for favors.
Good bagels, rude cashier. Asked him the price of bananas, responded rudely and I put them back. He still charged me for 2 ($3 or $1.50 each). I informed him that I had put it back because they were $0.50 next door. His eyes filled with rage and he started to shout "this is bagle house!" I politely asked him to stop being rude, I then took my order and walked away. He continued to shout "This is bagle house!" as I walked out. Mind you - I've been coming here for years.
