how is this a bagel????? I ordered 3 everything bagels this is bread??? Update to owner: adding a photo of a bagel so you can understand how to serve patrons the correct items. This was a sandwich not a bagel, please learn the difference. Yes I have had a “ New York bagel” as you asked earlier I am from here. This is not a bagel of any sort. Thanks!
You have to go in person. Ordering online puts you at risk of getting no bagels with your order that you pay for without a heads up, and the wrong items occasionally. Twice I've ordered something and received something else entirely. Only one time a worker had the decency to call me and let me know something I ordered was out of stock and asked if I wanted something else. The food itself? It's great! The attention to detail when it comes to online deliveries is lacking and disappointing.
These people do not have the best hygiene. Peeking over the espresso machine the wand was never cleaned out, nor the espresso being used. This is so nasty. I came here for a visit today and I tried calling but they didn’t bother to pick up. I ordered a cappuccino and got a latte. I ordered the special cream cheese 🥯 but it was a -1. I don’t understand what’s the hype but it’s not real. Awful experience .. no suggestion on my side. Too pricey also. Honestly I think the reason they have good rati
