If you’re looking for Fujianese food, 百味鲜 (Baiweixian) is a spot I’d definitely recommend. It’s always exciting to find a restaurant that serves the flavors I grew up enjoying. The food is comforting, full of flavor, and tastes like a home-cooked meal. The menu has a great selection of traditional Fujianese dishes, with generous portions and reasonable prices. Everything I tried was fresh and well-seasoned, and you can tell they focus on authentic flavors rather than trying to change the recipe
This is the most delicious oyster pancake I've ever had. The fried rice noodles aren't too wet; they're just the right amount of dry. I'm sure people from Fujian will understand. This is truly top-quality rice noodle soup! The saltiness is perfectly balanced, making it very pleasant to eat. The portion is generous, and I was quite full. It's excellent value for money.
