Balboa was a fantastic surprise and one of those places we discovered while simply walking around the neighborhood. The Caribbean food was outstanding, and the jerk chicken was especially memorable, packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. I paired the meal with a cold draft beer, which made for a great combination after a day of exploring. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff was friendly throughout our visit. This was our first time at Balboa and we had an amazing experience. Cisco was our server and his customer service was excellent! The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The owner made our drinks (sorry that I don’t remember his name). The atmosphere was great l. The service was impressive and the food was excellent! I had the red snapper with steamed vegetables and my husband had the oxtail meal with rice and peas. Everything was well done. Cheers to the chef. I highly recommend giving them
This food is the best. Down to taste and flavor.The owner what a beautiful person. Everyone here is so welcoming.. cleanest restaurant ive everr seen.. drinks were made perfect. I will be coming back very often
