I don’t know where to start..1000/10. From the walk in the customer service was immaculate and I’m BIG on service esp. at black owned establishments but this here Bamboo Walk had it correct to a tee. The waiters and butlers greet you immediately. Yall!! when they sit you-they open your menu&then hand it to you(so decent). I visited for brunch coming off my birthday tour with a party of 6 and our server was Janelle(my Caribbean sister) she was the best- being with a large group of ppl she was pat
The customer service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. However, I wasn’t really impressed with the food. As much as I’d love to give this place a 5-star rating, it just didn’t deliver that authentic Jamaican flavor. The chef could step it up by using more traditional jerk seasoning on the chicken. First time at Bamboo Walk and everything was great. The food was flavorful, the drinks were on point, and the atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Fayanne was our waitress and she did an amazing job. She was friendly, attentive, and made some great recommendations. She suggested the Bamboo Star drink, which ended up being one of my favorites of the night. The oxtails were also delicious, tender, and full of flavor. Great food, great drinks, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back.
