Visiting from down South and was determined to try a fresh white castle burger. Where Im from I've only had the frozen ones which aren't bad. However, nothing like a fresh burger. 10/10.. The young lady at drive thru was Amazing! She was so pleasant my husband and I said she cant be from NY. Lol, not that everyone's rude, but Im from North Carolina. If you know, Southern Charm. Smile, yes maam/ sir. Please and thank you. I really enjoyed my first encounter at White Castle. Thank you
Very disappointing experience at this White Castle. The waiting time was extremely long, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. Employees seemed unorganized and uninterested in helping customers. Orders were slow to come out, and there was no communication or apology for the delay. Customer service was poor, and the overall experience felt frustrating and disrespectful of customers’ time. Definitely needs better staff training and time management.
Wow, it been about 6 years since i have been to White Castle, and wow, their menu changed a lot. I went and decided to try a few different items on the menu of cause I could not remember what it was what. So every item was delicious, including the meatless one. However, I did thruly miss the onions they cooked and put that on the burger. If it is, they must have missed mys or did not put enough. However, I will always keep going back their.
