NOT SAFE. My card was stolen overseas and Bank of America still held us responsible for hundreds of dollars of fraudulent charges. After trying to close our account their rep confirmed that it’s not possible to do on their website or over the phone and to try calling back another time. Your money is not safe with Bank of America. Their customer service is horrible. Use at your own risk.
Bank of America has the best state of the ATMs. They are extremely user friendly and provide you many options. My favorite is the receipt option. I have my receipts emailed to me. This way I do not have to many receipts in my pocket plus we are doing our part to save paper. I set my email to save all my ATM receipts to a folder so I will always have them. Great thinking by Bank of America to provide this option.
