This is easily one of the worst service experiences I’ve had in New York. The staff/front desk (or owner) are extremely arrogant, acting as if they’re the only business in the entire city and customers should just tolerate their attitude. They were impatient and rude the entire time, with zero sense of basic customer service. What crossed the line was how they handled the change — they literally threw it at me. Best pan fried buns I ever have, 2 bucks each. Must have every time I stop by Brooklyn. There are meter parking outside. The bao is very stuffed with bamboo, Chinese chives, meats. savoring every bite 😋
