Great pastries with a beautiful storefront! 4.7/5 American Biscuit ($3.75): Incredible lamination on the bun, loved the tangy sauce, lettuce/cucumbers/tomato + chicken made it almost like a lunch sandwich! Would absolutely order again! 4/5 Taro Mochi Croissant ($3.5): a bit breadier for a croissant, enjoyed the glaze and almonds on top. Generous mochi filling and the taro paste was delicious.
This place has very unfriendly service. I will not come back again. The receptionist mixed up my hot and cold order, and instead of remaking it properly, they just changed the cup and added ice. I never even left the store, but the receptionist started gossiping with another employee in front of me and said it was my fault. That was extremely rude and unprofessional.
The cashier allowed another customer to cut in line, even though I had been waiting. This felt unfair and unprofessional. On top of that, the attitude was cold and unwelcoming. Very disappointing experience.
