My only experience with Michael P was years ago during a Sunday Barry's x class before Connor's live run class. After that, it was mostly OnDemand. Finally, I was happy to attend a class in person after my son booked us both for the February 15th class. I might have aggravated my arthritic left knee (maybe the weights were too heavy?), but I feel better now. Very good class. I really liked the exercises. I visited via ClassPass, I was late but I still very much enjoyed my time there. Kind staff, clean environment, a fully stocked bathroom/Locker room, that was very clean and a Cafe/seating area. I’m looking forward to trying another class there!
It was a Tuesday at 2 p.m. There is no reason a midday midweek class should carry that kind of energy. But Cameron made that room electric.
