Had a nice experience at Bazu! I got their wow & wow which is one shot of espresso and a single shot cortado of the same espresso. It was nice trying the espresso with and without milk. I had a great conversation with the barista just talking about all things coffee. You can also try some pour over coffee sourced from Glitch roasters out of Japan which is a cool offering to have. I loved the ube flavor in this latte. As a Filipina, I grew up eating ube, and this one tasted really authentic: rich, comforting, and not overly sweet. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the latte art by Isabella added such a personal and creative touch. The space is also beautiful - elevated but still warm and cozy enough to sit and enjoy your drink. Definitely a spot I’d come back to. 10/10, highly recommend!
