ordered a cheeseburger with seasoned fries. the fries were good. the burger was inedible. the cheese was not melted, but somehow the burger was overcooked and so dry. the brioche bun was as hard as a brick, not even joking. i think it was stale and then overcooked bc i’ve never had a brioche bun be hard as rocks before. i could barely bite through it and gave up after two bites. i hate wasting my money on bad food. super disappointed. won’t be ordering from here again.
I’m a very picky eater, so when I find a place I genuinely love, that’s saying a lot! BBS Burger Factory has become one of my go-to spots because the food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistent. My absolute favorites are the Buffalo wings and the Hot Honey Lemon Pepper wings—they are seriously amazing. The Buffalo has the perfect amount of heat, and the Hot Honey Lemon Pepper is the perfect mix of sweet, tangy, and savory. I find myself craving them all the time!
I used to order from this place all the time because it was so good, but things have changed. The fries were undercooked, and all the sauces are different now — the ranch is too salty, the BBQ sauce isn’t what it used to be, and the honey mustard is overly bitter (where’d the honey go?). The burger and seasoning are still great, but it’s sad to see the quality slipping
