We tried two drinks here today. Hot Brew Coffee: The flavor was okay — a bit on the sour side. It wasn’t the smooth taste profile I usually prefer, but people who like brighter, more acidic coffee might enjoy it more than I did. Hojicha Latte: The roasted tea flavor was strong and enjoyable, but unfortunately, it wasn’t hot enough when served, which affected the overall experience. This Bean & Bean location is large and spacious. It's very calming and you can smell the fresh beans roasting by the time you enter the door. As for the prices, they are like other coffee shops but they do have a reward program that is customer friendly. Overall, this location is a nice stop on the way to Flushing.
Bean & Bean is a fantastic neighborhood spot. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the coffee is consistently excellent. It’s a great place to sit down, get some work done, or just enjoy a relaxed break during the day. They also happen to have really solid Wi-Fi (which I definitely appreciate). Overall it’s a well-run shop with a great atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area.
