Decent soup dumplings with good menu of options across the board. The soup dumplings were flavorful and good okay amount of soup inside. The spicy fish with pickled vegetables was pretty good. The meatballs were pleasantly surprisingly too. It was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The rest of the dishes were so so. For a Friday night 6pm, it was pretty packed full of diverse demographics. Some of the dishes felt off.
I am extremely disappointed. In the stir-fried beef with green peppers, the dish consisted mostly of onions—I had to really search just to find a few shreds of beef. This was particularly frustrating for me, as I am someone who dislikes eating onions. Furthermore, the pea shoots were too tough.
I had such a great experience at Little Dumpling! The food was absolutely delicious, every bite felt fresh, flavorful, and made with care. After a long night of dancing salsa and tango at Great Neck Ballroom Dance Studio, this was exactly what I needed to recharge. It honestly felt like the same joy and energy as dancing vibrant, satisfying, and full of life! Little Dumpling is definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommend! 💃🥟✨
