Phenomenal hidden gem bakery in Astoria. I’m glad it’s out of the way otherwise it’d have a massive line 😅. The croissant is 9/10: crispy, flaky, buttery, and slightly burnt. The pandan muffin was not too sweet (light) and had a crispy top with soft bottom and interior. Perfect muffin structure and exactly as sweet as you want it. Coffee was pretty standard, and so was the food. These bakers definitely know what they’re doing.
Holy COWWWW this is one of the best breakfast spots I’ve been too in a LONG time!! Wow. Everything was phenomenal, but my top recs are - cardamom morning bun - char siu breakfast sandwich - pineapple pork bun breakfast sandwich Grab a sourdough loaf on your way out! Coffee is also delicious
