We ate at Benito One today and it was absolutely phenomenal. The chicken parmigiana was hands-down the best I’ve ever had — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. The Alfredo was incredibly rich and decadent, the kind you keep thinking about long after the meal is over. What truly set the experience apart was the service. Totally perfect pasta, it was exactly what we were craving- wholesome, home cooked pasta. Especially liked that they didn’t try and call you in from the street like all the other desperate places do, so we felt nice and relaxed with wonderful service. Seriously lovely spag bol and meatballs and spaghetti. Salad dressing was AMAZING. Free refills on the Coke too 😉
