I was the lead teacher on a field trip to Rocking the Boat, a few short blocks from Best Bite. I needed 9 large pies delivered to the adjacent park at 11 am sharp, which was before they were opened. I called the day before and spoke with a very helpful employee who gave me the owner's personal number. The owner went above and beyond! He personally delivered the pies exactly on time. Easily the best slice I’ve had in the Bronx! The crust is perfectly crispy, the sauce is super flavorful, and the cheese melts just right. Everything tastes fresh and made with care. The vibe is welcoming and upbeat, and the service is always quick and friendly. I’ve been visiting all week while in NYC and keep coming back. Must try the Margherita and the Best Bite Burger!
