Fantastic neighborhood shop with Korean-NYC fusion bagels 🥯 My favorite is the DAPS (Spicy Korean Pork, Mozzarella, Grilled Onions, Grilled Jalapenos, Kimchi Slaw, Gochujang Mayo). I’ve ordered from here a few times, but it’s worth coming in because the vibes are stellar. The owner, who I’m assuming is Ben, is hilarious, so it makes sense why he has so many regulars. I always get the Seoul Meets Bagel/SMB (bulgogi egg and cheese + kimchi) which is always stellar, but thanks to the owner giving out samples, today I also got to taste Ben’s Balls. Great fusion bagel. Large portion. Can be messy to eat but it is delicious. Only suggestion is to have a hand washing station after enjoying the food. A steady stream of customers. A lot of local and to-go customers.
