This is a wonderful neighborhood bistro. It is really a hidden gem. The service is impeccable. The food is solid. Good cocktails and an intimate space. They have all of the French classics. The mussels are excellent and the tuna tartar is superb. The shrimp cocktail special was special. Bistro Eloise is definitely worth a visit.
Food was absolutely delicious. Beef bourguignon was perfect and something new for me. Enough to want to learn how to make it. I love the addition of red wine. Gives it the magic flavor. The steak was soft and juicy. The taste of your sauce for the salad was also very good. Can’t forget the French onion. Ahh talk about fresh. Loved it. And our waiter Giovanni was very friendly from the start. Hope to have him as my waiter on my next visit !!!
I came across Bistro Éloise while searching for a place nearby, and I’m really glad I did. It’s in a shopping area with plenty of parking, which made things easy. I loved the décor and the lively atmosphere. The host was friendly and welcoming, and we were seated right away. I was definitely glad I made reservations because the place was packed.
