This was my fourth time ordering cakes from Bitee, and every single one has been a huge hit—my guests always rate them a 10/10! Her designs are absolutely beautiful. Although one of the four cakes didn’t turn out exactly as I envisioned, the owner was incredibly kind and graciously offered me a discount on my next order, which I truly appreciated. I’ll definitely continue to be a returning customer.
This is the second time I’ve ordered a custom cake from the owner, both were executed perfectly. Ordering and pickup were smooth, everything matched the request and the cakes were delicious. She can do creative designs besides the ones on the website. I feel good supporting a woman owned small business, she’s also super nice. The cafe is clean and has good seating. I want to try one of the drinks next time.
I was really happy about the fast order and delivery. Everything was absolutely perfect. The cake got to my sister without any damage to it. The note that I asked for was written like I wanted it. The cake was really pretty and my sister who I got the cake for said the cake was delicious. Thank you so much again and again.
